Why Sky Blue?

Physics, btw.
It's actually got nothing to do with the reflection of water.
I'm still a little confused from the repeated use of the words 'scattering' and 'high/low frequency' and 'bouncing off molecules' (like, wtf?) but it has something to do with the human eye being able to see blue light better than violet light, and little molecules scattering things farther.
Yeah, I don't get it either.
