Stuff to keep in mind for next time:
~Give more time in advance for responses. 10 days = Not enough!
~Poke and prod people until they give answers. Answers!
~"Don't want to come" is not an excuse. Wha? Don't wanna see us awesome people again?
~"Too much homework" is not an excuse. From beginning of summer onward, had absolutely no right to complain to me! Can go to other people. But not me!
~Must be more persistent. Poke and prod callers too. Poke. Poke. Poke. No forgeting!
~Why some people can sleep in so late? Well, don't complain about it being hard to wake up. Will wait for school to spite you.
~Don't set expectations for number of people attending early into the process.
~Scheduling conflicts are evil.
On Tuesday, I'm gonna walk to NP and wave at people through the windows.
They have maps in the office, right? Where is the office anyway?
